Pros

The culture is changing and we're working as a team from management to the associates. We all communicate to each other and management listens to our ideas. Safety is most important and looking out for each other's well-being.

Cons

To many new hires don't make it through training and it gets frustrating. It's a busy environment and you have to want to work.

What an amazing change from other places I have worked. Great Pay and Benefits. Upper Management is always helpful. From an enthusiastic, knowledgeable. caring Plant Manager to the absolutely fantastic Controller. Providing guidance and constructive feedback to improve work and grow. Fellow employees are a joy to work with. Great team! I look forward to continuing to grow as a member of the JPS/Steel Partners Family.

Pros

Company focused on the growth and development of its people, culture and benefits. It is so nice to walk in the door your first day to such a welcoming & friendly group of people. So much to learn from many people and they are all willing to lend a hand and teach you. Most people have many years with the company and are very knowledgeable.

Cons

Work too many Saturdays for Supervisors not to get overtime. I lost vacation time coming here.
