Pros

There have been several changes within the company the last couple of years that have drastically changed the culture of the company. It feels like we are one big family here and I love that. Most importantly we work together more and have better communication. Everyone makes me feel valued and appreciated.

Cons

We still have a lot of improvements that need to be made but overall, this is a great place to work. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
