Decent working environment, half the plant is air conditioned and there is not production to meet daily.

Cons

No room to grow because jobs all pay around the same amount. They are behind times with pay scaling for each job.

I had full autonomy to do what I thought needed to be done in my job. The people at JPS were great to work with. Was like family. Most employees had 20+ years with the company and new what they had to do.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Business conditions were very challenging during COVID.
