Pros

Work remote on Fridays, that is really about it. The pay is not bad I guess...

Cons

Poor management, most people there have no idea what they are doing. If you don't have PTO to cover you when the office is closed they dock your pay. HR is a nightmare and seem to be clueless. You have to dress business casual everyday of the week. There are 2 bathrooms per floor to accommodate 100 people. I completely regret working here and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Decent benefits, transfer and advancement opportunities

Cons

Constant change in management, bullying from management. For a non-profit, tax payer funded hospital, they sure do waste a lot of money and give outrageous bonuses to their administration.

Pros

I loved the people I worked with and learned so much from my time there. I worked on a general medical surgical floor and was never alone when it came to patient care. The staff and charge nurses work as a team and I felt like the patient was center focus at all times.

Cons

Very difficult to advance or transition to a new area, for me anyway, but I am an ADN. I eventually left for more experience but really miss the work environment.
