Pros

Compassionate too all ages, friendly, outgoing, careing, I always speak when people are passing my path, going above and beyond, I am dependable, reliable, team worker, an outstanding provider. Providing materials I will need to get the job done without question.

Cons

Sometimes there will be moments we all as a staff will get behind, weather gets bad outside people will be scared to drive, having to deal with disappoints patients will have, considering the loud notices that may accuse in the work place

Pros

This is the first organization I have been a part of that works on developing leaders to better serve their employees. I've been with JPS for over 3 years now and each year I've seen JPS transform negative perceptions into positive experiences. The strategic focus on improving customer service and being innovative for our patients has created a sense of pride and ownership that permeates throughout the employee population. . I am proud to say I work for JPS.

Cons

The older facilities need a facelift. The healthcare delivery is being transformed but we need the facilities to be able to catch up to the service level.
