Pros

Working with the patients was rewarding. Nursing and medical staff were very helpful in the learning process.

Cons

Lack of training and professionalism by Language Services. Interpreters do what they want with very little supervision. Training is left to the staff that has been there longer, but probably couldn't pass the spelling and grammar test used as a requirement to hire new personnel. Overtime is given to a select few that are overworked. Working more than two weeks without time off makes for a disaster waiting to happen.
