Never boring, used to enjoy equally dedicated coworkers(most gone).

Cons

Same weekend shift dif pay over 20 years. Tendency to run off quality workers and coddle lazy ones. Whenever a new CEO has to step in every 4-5 years, they make an appearance of making improvements, then its back to the same old, short on supplies/staffing. Hired extras in the Blood Bank to comply for Trauma 1 status/Medicaid reimbursement, but back to one worker per shift on weekends again.

Teaching facility with opportunities to learn Staff are generally good to work with and competent Good feeling about helping others PTO cashout and PTO rollover each year

Cons

Executive leadership relies on contract consultants to run the organization while the budget is tight money is always found for outside contract consultants. High turnover of executives and middle management. Out with the old and in with the new Staff have little regard and respect for executive leadership and afraid for their jobs.
