Pros

employees are awesome almost everyone has a good personality the CEO will even go out of his way to stop and say hi to you no matter your job title. good benefits. after a certain amount of time working there you have opportunities to transfer to a new position depending on your skills so lots of room for advancement

Cons

if you're working with patients it can be stressful sometimes. its the tarrant county hospital so you never know what/who you are going to get

Pros

Robert Earley is an excellent CEO and supports the vision of the Hospital. Benefits are good with low associated costs.

Cons

Management will hide negative experiences to suit their agenda. They don't listen when you take it all the way up. Very negative work environment.

TERRIBLE Pay, Management, and Supervision

Pros

Short of having NO job and no paycheck, there are no pros.

Cons

TERRIBLE pay, management, and supervision. Equipment always broken and not being qc'd correctly. Laboratory personnel subjected to ridiculously poor department supervision and BULLIED. When personnel take complaints to HR and/or upper management, NOTHING is done! HR changes hands more than some people change socks and files are "lost" or "unavailable" because they are "in storage". Employees have been subjected to asbestos and other chemicals for cleaning and repairs that no one could provide MSDS sheets or other critical information to. Moral is so bad that the staff should being wearing t-shirts that read "Beatings will continue until moral is improved!"
