The CEO Ravinder Thota is a crook. If you approach him to discuss issues, he will start yelling at you. The firm has been involved in tax evasion and misusing H1 visas hence they have a very bad reputation with USCIS. The CEO even tried floating another company SPMN (or something like that) in his wife's name as a workaround but even that hasnt helped. This company has no direct client and completely rely on other staffing companies so even you get on a project each middle man will take their cut and you will only get a small portion of the billing rate.

Mismanagement of employees, no proper track of payments, very difficult to get hold of the required people for marketing or payroll
