Flexible w.r.t to pay structure , Very helpful legal team, Constant mentoring and training and ongoing project monitoring and tracking.

Cons

long distance communication might get tricky.

No pros that i can remember.!

Cons

Nobody works in this company. No marketing nothing. Get a job and they will run pay roll and you pay 20% because they will run your pay roll.
