Could have been the best place to work but problems with immigration filings made it the worst.

Pros

Good Salary, Honest CEO, Used to have very good recruiters with great reputation in the market. The training programs used to be good as well at one time.

Cons

Underpaid and hence incompetent administrative staff, Lost so many great recruiters. Not many people are aware with how work visas, green cards should be filed. Too many bad investments made by the company along with the immigration issues forced many out of the company.
