Pros

Most employees really do care about the work they do at this agency. Free food at staff meetings, as well.

Cons

Low pay, work can be depressing, and agency is too forgiving of workers who act inappropriately. Many employees are uneducated about Judaism and there is quite a lot of ignorance.
