      Pros

      I work with a great team of people, taking care of a diverse set of clients. Management does a reasonable job of communicating, and a very good job of setting expectations related to work.

      Cons

      The pay is lousy. Bad enough that I’m looking to leave earlier than I wanted to.

      Benefits are OK, paid leave for major holidays and major Jewish holidays, most coworkers dedicated and pleasant to work with..

      Cons

      Salaries very low. A few supervisors have repeatedly proven they're emotionally & behaviorally unfit to supervise but, retain their positions as upper managmnt doesn't have a clue.
