Knowledge you gain, people you encounter, growing company, flexible schedule, networking opportunities, individual growth if you can just remained focused not subjecting yourself to the negativity that consumes the dock. Good benefits. Okay pay

Cons

Management discloses confidential information with anyone. It's a good company just bad management that hires nothing but their family members and friends creating a bias and toxic work environment. Maybe hire 1-2 people that are not related to camouflage conflict of interest.

There is Solid Support for Good Workers. Plenty of Growth Opportunity. Pay and Benefits are Competitive. Team Atmosphere and Friendly Co-workers Management is Very Supportive

Cons

Working nights, but corporate understands and makes allowance for it. I would not really consider it a true Con though.
