They will do everything in their power to make sure they make more profit... This includes under paying and over working employees...

Each region is more of a family than a team, everyone is dedicated to their job and the advancement opportunities are endless.

Cons

The family/work balance that senior mgmt discusses constantly doesn't really happen outside of corporate office. Most employees work 50-60 hours a week.
