Awesome senior management team with years of experience. They are not only leaders in the office but in the field as well helping the company grow and expand. It is very easy to find your spot at JWL when you are a hard worker and enjoy the overall "family feel" the people and work environment create. Everyone steps up to the plate when needed, no questions asked.

Cons

Rapid growth and expansion keeps you on your toes and learning different areas of the company. This is not a place for the unmotivated to work.

They are growing. that's it.

Cons

Company is about 2 years old. Very unorganized, no systems or procedures in place. No training. Poor leadership. They operate on a very tight budget (shoestring). Plan on working 70 hours a week. I rate them a zero across the board.
