      Pros

      Good working environment, good benefits. The products we make for our customers in the healthcare industry are the best, and we usually have the right tools to make this happen.

      Cons

      There is a definite disconnect between upper management and the production employees. We need to be informed of the current state of business with OUR company and have management listen to our concerns and ideas.

      The temperature is kept as a comfortable place year round. Nice climate control. New addition has nice employee break areas. Nice rewards for safety and attendance. Good coworkers in maintenance and automation group.

      Cons

      Not to be trusted. Upper management will tell you what you want to here and lie all the way. They will put all the burden on just a few people while they hire their entire family that draws a fat check and does nothing. Friends and relatives will get any new promotions and fill new jobs. Lost most of the better employees already so soon there will be no one left to do the work.

      Great culture. Company goes the extra mile to take care of their employees. Great benefits and flexible schedules depending on your assigned manager.

      Cons

      None that I can honestly report. As time goes on im sure some things will rise to the surface like any other company.
