Cons

Lack of training, questions regularly met with condescension and belittlement, obvious favoritism on part of trainer/supervisors who prioritize the power of their position instead of empowering you in yours, grievances go unheard or overlooked, team members wishing to report trainer/supervisor grievances understand it will be directly shared with names being named and are thus stifled by fear of retaliation.
