Pros
Jack Henry offers above average benefits. They offer a good health insurance program (Blue Cross Blue Shield) at no cost to employees. This would be a huge benefit to someone with many dependants however i have none so it's not that big of a deal to me. The company is very flexible in scheduling. I'm allowed to work from home several times a month. They have a good 401k plan offering 100% vestment from the start and ofcourse they match 100% up to 5% of your salary.
Cons
Jack Henry started as a small financial services company. Throughout the years they have purchased other companies and incorporated their services into the mix. The biggest problem i have currently is communication with one of these other divisions (Symitar) is quite disfunctional. They don't seem to understand that we're on the same team.
