CEO needs to see what is going on, too many employees and management looking for other jobs were they appreciete the hard work done 24/7 every day. Too many changes and the new Directors of Operation they know what is going on and they do not say or they do not want to see it. Managers working more that 45 hours per week and no one can say any thing, HR know that and they are ingnoring the issue. Top leadership management is supporting the franchise model which hire employees with no management skills that do not support the Jack in the Box system and they do not use them as is mandated by the company.

"The Plan" is only helping a select few and to almost every other employee it has been an early exit...sure stock price looks good but what does that mean for the long term. This is a dying brand that has taken what once was something unique and turned it into a commodity. The senior leadership have convinced themselves they are doing the right thing but it only is so that they can line their pockets and retire early. No heart or soul to this company any longer.
