--Leadership is trying to cultivate a culture of "fun, excellence, agility, simplicity, and trust", while bringing the company into budgetary alignment in regards to being now 80% franchised --Every other Friday off

Cons

--Low pay, many layoffs/early retirements --Very low morale --No career ladder

Great people to work with. Decent benefits. In house gym and Jack.

Cons

Jack in the Box used to be a great place to work. In the past couple of years the morale has taken a drastic spiral downward. It's due to the change in business model and decisions made by upper management. Downsizing is not always the best answer even if it seems more economically sound at first. Quite often when you outsource, that company will nickle and dime you to death. You also lose very valuable and loyal employees.

used to have a culture of taking care of their people and listening to their idea's without reprisal. Actually lived out the Mission to the best of their abiities.

Cons

If you have an idea that is not in line with upper management or disagree with the direction being taken you either step back into line or your days are numbered.
