Corporate side great benefits and home life

Cons

Operations is ran by a bunch of idiots and while there are people with great knowledge and experience are let go. Company did a restructure and outsourced the Auditing department and several other departments many people were let go.. It is all about who you know to stay in the corporate side. Operations... do not I repeat work as a RM for this company you are worked like a dog and treated like a dog. There is NO service and profit chain anymore...

Pros

The friendships that were made through the years. It used to be a great place to work, where you were valued for your hard work and dedication. The service profit chain worked well for many years.

Cons

You have to be with the "in crowd" to stay working here. You can't have an opinion or you will be ostracized. Rumors that are not truth, are believed by higher management when coming from the "in crowd". Higher management preaches diversity but they don't practice what they preach.

None, other than every other Friday off (corporate policy).

Cons

Morale is terrible, layoffs almost every week, top-heavy structure, management does NOT listen to employees. JIB isa sinking ship. Used to be a great place to work when run like "family" business. No more. And if you are the wrong gender (male), you are doomed. Petty and child-like place to work. Not sophisticated al all. RUN away!!!
