      large well known hospital that is well known

      Cons

      it's a public hospital so very bureaucratic and inefficient. it takes multiple meetings to decide whether to tie a shoe lace or not.

      Jackson is an inclusive community that values people. CARE is at the heart of everything, from how we are treated each other to the experience our patients and their loved-ones receive.

      Cons

      It takes some time to learn how to navigate and influence at all levels within a public academic health trust. Once you’ve found your footing, the experience is incredibly rewarding both professionally and personally in being able to serve the community.
