Love working at Jackson, we see very critical patients in the SICU and have to work well together in order to work efficiently. I have been there 5 years, and love the team. It's a teaching hospital so you're constantly learning, meeting new residents/fellows who are eager to teach.

Cons

It's high stress, but that's part of the job.
