      Pros

      Union is strong. Pay is great. Benefits great. Some of the patients appreciate what you do for them. Awesome place to learn book presentation of diseases and surgical procedures.

      Cons

      Some managers are ill prepared for the position. Lots of discrimination but hard to prove due to people wanting to keep their jobs no matter what. Lots of favoritism toward Caucasian, Hispanics and Filipinos. Some rude employees but not easy to get ride of them due to unions rules.
