      Lets start by saying they actually care about their staff and nurse to patient ratios. Pay is the best in Miami, strong Union with raises that matter. Pension. Holidays, all of them. Generous PTO

      Pros

      Benefits, compensation, paid time off/holiday, flexibility and for the most part staff is willing to work with you as long as you show action instead of all talk.

      Cons

      Management is still immature and listens to those who are part of her clique instead of the employees that actually matter. Sr. management blindly accepts her and “the clique” word as gold and refuses to listen to anyone else. When confronted, she simply denies her wrong doing or dismisses the topic all together.
