      Pay, health insurance, dental insurance

      Cons

      Poor upper management, fmla not really as it seemed you have to fight every step of way with an initial rejection, then you get an approval. Disability benefits required the same fight (as if you can control how your physician documents) . Underappreciated and certain ethnic groups remain underrepresented
