      Pros

      Benefits, compensation, paid time off/holiday, flexibility and for the most part staff is willing to work with you as long as you show action instead of all talk.

      Cons

      Management is still immature and listens to those who are part of her clique instead of the employees that actually matter. Sr. management blindly accepts her and “the clique” word as gold and refuses to listen to anyone else. When confronted, she simply denies her wrong doing or dismisses the topic all together.

      Pros

      -Busy all the time if you do not like just sitting around. -You learn a lot. -The organization's mission is amazing. -Salary and benefits. Free to low health insurance.

      Cons

      -Very hard to have a work-life balance. Management and team will call and text you when you are on vacation or after hours. Every thing is needed "ASAP" -My department makes racist and sexist comments and gossips all the time (leadership included). Nothing is done to stop it. -There is favoritism in all departments. -Micromanagement. -Management that does not do anything. Other employees in the department get things done, but management takes credit. -HR and leadership will not listen to complaints or reports. They say they are here to "help" you, but nothing gets done or corrected.
