Pros

Pay is good for a sweatshop. When hiring, they will give you great promises of the projects that they have for you to work on and the size of the company. They are good at work sharing between offices as long as you do not include a Carter Burgess office.

Cons

85% chargeability or be gone. Leave & holiday days + training + staff meetings = 300+ hours/year = 15% overhead. So you must always be working on billable projects or you are gone. No support for marketing . Has no interest in smaller projects, only want multi-million dollar federal and industrial projects. Always looking to classify required work as extra work for a change order to increase fees.

Pros

the work was good and some of the staff were nice. Bob Pragada is a quality man who truly cares about the company.

Cons

fake staff and execs who cause a toxic workplace, constant layoffs, HR is a total joke. Hybrid workplace is also a joke. Do not report anything because it will simply get YOU in trouble rather than the person who was committing the problem - especially sexual harassment. Even if you are spectacular you'll get a 3% or less increase with no bonus. Certain people are "protected" and regardless if they do nothing they will be promoted and praised.

Pros

Pay and benefits are really good. Since it is a huge company, there is a lot of opportunity to work on big and unique projects.

Cons

Super corporate. One meeting, a group of executives talked in acronyms for an hour. It was confusing but comical. There are too many layers of upper management. They restructure every few months. I’m convinced upper management does it to make it seem like they’re actually working. Also, office culture is HIGHLY dependent on the office location you work out of.
