Pros

Jacobs supports some cool missions and offers opportunities to do interesting work. There are still some great people at Jacobs - including in leadership roles.

Cons

If you want to work for one of the most woke companies in the government services space - Jacobs is your place. This is due to high priority on stock price. To keep the few major investors happy (I.e. BlackRock) - CEOs, including Steve D, must meet those investors ESG requirements. Prioritizing stock price over customer is (and will continue) impacting customer satisfaction and ultimately retention. But as an investor, it is hard to argue with Jacobs Stock performance.
