Pros
- Warm, friendly colleagues. Almost everyone was a good communicator - Good collaboration practices. No one was ever too busy to support someone who was stuck or needed more information - Great benefits and a beautiful office that is comfortable and has lots of space and perks/snacks
Cons
During COVID, the company treated people like robots, expecting the same output in the midst of serious collective trauma. Managers also tended to compare colleagues with wildly different backgrounds and experience sets to each other, instead of examining how skills sets on a team will complement each other and create work assignments in alignment with those skills. There was also a lot of turnover in senior management in 2020, and the incoming leadership were, frankly, bullies.
