- Well below market pay - Senior talent leaving in droves, jumping off this sinking ship - C level leadership treats people like crap and is more focused on cutting budget and trying to look good for VCs than people - The product is a legacy mess, nothing worth putting on your resume if your a dev - Most engineering work has been hacking subpar solutions on tight deadlines and getting roped into endless escalations - The CEO

-Really focused on building up the company value/growth -Awesome benefits -Remote first and flexible -Remote onboarding process was very well thought out and organized -Opportunity to work with really cool companies

Cons

-Still haven't gotten the hang of a remote culture. Managers are a little hands off and don't initiate conversation via slack to enhance team building.
