Pros

Great company, great product! Decent pay--yearly raises and bonuses, Great discount. Easy retail. Almost always leave within 5 minutes of close. GREAT customers!! Some customers become more like great family-friends, than customers. With the right management, coworkers feel like a tight-knit team or a family.

Cons

Terrible scheduling--comes a week in advance, no consistency in hours, must work at least one weekend day--often both, even though management only works one. No grace if you have another job. I had to quit because I wasn't getting the time off I needed for my other job--which has very little demand. Some managers can be micro-managers with no concern for the other employees. When I first started I loved the job, but management changed and so did the family-like atmosphere. No longer treated like a person--policy became like a set of instructions for the manager to use against the employee. "Every employee should be treated the same, whether they are a new employee or has been here for 10 years." Ask other employees about the management--it varies from store to store, so some stores are probably GREAT to work for. The company has a whole is awesome!
