Working environment is very nice. Pay is ok. Hours are good. Training was simple. If it matters to you, the discount is nice.

Cons

When it's slow, it's slow and there isn't anything to do. Standing your entire shift is pretty tiring. Promotions and growth is incredibly difficult.

There is a strong emphasis on customer service. Associates do not work on commission, so everyone works together to make sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Cons

I have not been here long enough to experience anything real negatives in regards to the store.
