Pros

Remote work. Great culture ( for cishest white men and management only)

Cons

being referred to as " you people" being referred to as " one of those kinds of people" being forced to endure off color commendation on a variety of topics as a representative of one's race. Being deadnamed. Being misgendered. light on ethics, diversity, and fairness. heavy on promoting racists, sexists, and the inner circle. wrongfully terminated, while many members of management bandy about racial slurs in open lines of communication, up to and including calls for white pride month as a direct counter to black history month. ultimately, if you are white, you will be extended every advantage to retain employment, but if you are not, it's 1 strike.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience as a Jamf employee. We take your concerns of discrimination, ethics, and fairness very seriously. Jamf is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace for all. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or unethical conduct. We regularly train all employees and managers on these principles, as well as our expectations for prevention, bystander intervention, and reporting concerns. Our ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) bring these principles to life by creating employee-led programming, activities, and engagement for education, awareness, support, and belonging. We appreciate you raising these concerns because we cannot correct issues we don’t know about. With 2,500 employees around the world, we would appreciate more information from you so that we can thoroughly look into these issues and take appropriate action. Please feel free to reach out directly to me (amy.rennock@jamf.com) as soon as possible – Amy Rennock, Chief Human Resources Officer at Jamf
