      Nothing to complain about other than they pay well below industry average for senior sales roles

      Cons

      low pay, no incentives for sales to exceed quota, continue to demand more while paying less

      Pros

      - Benefits are great - RSU Shares - Great local team

      Cons

      - Career development is almost non-existent for APAC staff where engineering teams don't exist, the local team has been harping on for this for about 2 years... - All decisions are made in the US and EMEIA, APAC almost feels like Out of Sight out of mind for majority of the time - Limited project work for teams outside of US/EMEIA - Pay could be greatly improved for the work that is to be performed - RSUs are great but they are not an injection of cash which most people I'm sure would prefer due to rising costs of living

      Some nice people. Good initial training. CEO is energetic. That is it really..

      Cons

      Terrible salaries. No/limited progression. Slow to improve product and processes. Absent HR. Senior management who are where they are only because they have been around at Jamf for too long and are causing the company damage.
