      Jamf India known for politics within management

      Good pay, WFH, Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Pathetic management team in India and creating a toxic culture and environment is difficult to thrive. Top Performers are getting fired and non-performers are getting promoted. A non performer rep was promoted to India lead and India lead was made to do a sub-standard job which was way less then his competency. Highly political environment and favouritism is a norm leading to extremely toxic work culture. People are being forced to come to office in India however Jamf global support work from home. I dont recommend this company at all if you are a performer, only political person can survive. Unfortunately, no support from management for IC because managers are individually doing meetings themselves. While the product is good however the channel team and channel eco-system is pathetic.

      Pros

      Working for a company that values the people, customers and culture so much as Jamf is incredible. The CEO is likely the most inspiring person you've ever seen. Working for the leader in the market is always a great plus. And it's clearly showing why Jamf is ahead of the competition and growing so rapidly (from 47.000 HAPPY customers to 71.000 in exactly 2 years). Don't believe I know any other company that is putting so much value on volunteering time off or giving back to the community. If you like to work remotely or prefer the office with loads of fun and energy, I would really recommend Jamf to anyone who's interested in this Great Place to Work for Software company!

      1. Cultural diversity, you have the chance to work with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds; 2. Self-empowered, you have the resources to get things done;

      Cons

      1. Small regional offices get neglected quite often; 2. Whole produce experience is not fully executed in some regions; 3. Seeing some unwelcomed office politics these years
