Pros

Many people who work here are genuinely great and courageous

Cons

Draconian, unreasonable RTO mandate. Callous, insensitive and weak leadership that has the audacity to tell people to make sacrifices while not making any themselves. Salary is below market

Pros

Everyone barely does any work, so can easily copy that mentality

Cons

- Teams are too spread out over the world. Your team may all be abroad, so when you want to do stuff with them, they'll be busy. When they want to do stuff with you, you'll be busy. - Manager may know absolutely nothing about how you do what they want you to do and require you to explain everything to him like he's never seen a pc before... - Always promise that better stuff will come, but that day will never come

Pros

1. Remote work options are a great benefit, allowing for flexibility in managing personal and professional life. 2. The company offers some truly impressive products, particularly in the realm of Apple MDM and Security solutions. 3. Hearing stories about customer success and retention showcases the impact of the products on real-world scenarios.

Cons

1. Toxic work culture prevails in India, with favoritism and partiality tainting the professional environment. 2. There's a pervasive sense of political maneuvering, especially in the India region, which undermines collaboration and trust. 3. Managers often seem self-centered, lacking the qualities of effective leadership. 4. Poor leadership is evident, and the EMEIA leadership is particularly problematic. 5. The company's focus appears to be more on self-promotion than on genuine results. 6. Teams are isolated, lacking a shared sense of purpose and the desire to succeed together. 7. A lack of real leaders and an excess of bosses create confusion and misdirection. 8. The work environment often drains the enthusiasm and motivation from individuals. 9. There's a disturbing amount of hypocrisy, with surface-level positivity masking deeper issues. 10. The firing mentality creates a sense of insecurity among employees.
