      Sales structure was burn and churn Targets set were far in excess of actual reported targets Non US business was not led effectively

      Struggles w/ Middle Management & HR

      Flexible work environment Compensation inline with market average

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. My department lived in fear of saying the wrong thing. From my point of view, decade long grudges were held by middle management that caused top performing employees' careers to be held hostage. Middle management's actions did not match company values when it came to ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace. When concerns were raised to HR, there was no follow through or empty promises were made.
