      You can be yourself, casual work environment Opportunities to move up due to quick expansion Exciting time, high growth CEO and Co-Founders are awesome and down to earth Generous benefits and PTO They value your independence - no micro-management

      Would be nice to be able to work from home more often Like any fast growing company, there is often ambiguity and no straight answer. But resources are there to get support if you ask

      Pros

      Great work Environment/Culture. Work hard/play hard. Help customers with very challenging issues. Can bring dogs to work, can enjoy adult beverages, can play various games on break (ping pong, fooseball, bumper pool, shuffle board, and video games). Company is growing quickly with lots of room for personal growth. Awesome benefits package, I have not seen a better one.

      Cons

      Occasionally there is high stress. Company is growing quickly... growing pains with training and staffing are evident, but being addressed. These should help alleviate the stressors to some extent.

      Pros

      Outstanding co-workers on the sales team. Good product backed by good support.

      Cons

      Salary was the same nationally without respect to cost of living differences. General Partner was way out of his league running a growing organization and was a control freak. Kept shirking territories and increasing quotas.
