Pros

Pay is great Flexible schedule for work/life balance Awesome work environment with great people to work with Centrally located to a lot of fun places and bars Unlimited opportunities to learn and grow

Cons

Right out of the gate, you are expected to be at full speed with anything and everything that get's put on your plate. Being downtown Minneapolis, parking is always difficult...however that doesn't directly affect the work place or the job itself.

Pros

- Lots of growth in all departments - Holds high standards for success and supports you to achieve it - Opportunity for advancement - Good amount of training to get new employees up to speed quickly - Enjoyable atmosphere (employees are judged on results, not appearances) - Employees are responsible for finding solutions to problems or better ways

Cons

- Training can get cut short because they need you to do your job quickly due to needs - Lots of new faces mean systems and procedures get confused sometimes - Blending workforce between old guard and new guard mixes different expectations, but teamwork still seems to be accomplished

Pros

This company has a fantastic culture and offers great benefits and surprisingly cool perks. The open work model allows you to work however is most comfortable whether it is at a more traditional desk space, sitting on a couch, or working from home. Co-workers here are extremely passionate and invest personally in making sure the business is successful.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con, but work happens at a very fast pace at JAMF. This is probably one of the hardest, but most rewarding jobs that you will ever take on in your career. There are high expectations for every employee, but at the same time you leave at the end of the day feeling like you accomplished something.
