Pros

Excellent work atmosphere and coworkers. Everyone is more than willing to lend a helping hand and are very friendly. Very intelligent people work for this company, and it really shows.

Cons

Every position has it's stress factors, but at the end of the day the atmosphere and coworkers remain consistent, which helps ease the mind.

Pros

• Awesome company culture with a lot of fringe benefits. • Good benefits package. • Not a lot of bureaucratic BS... atmosphere is relaxed yet very fast pace and goal driven. • No micromanagement, at least in my area. People are expected to do their jobs and nobody is hanging over your shoulder to make sure it happens. Employees tend to embrace this trust and deliver their best. • People are really passionate about the products, delivering a great customer experience, and the company. This passion is contagious. • Lots of smart people that you can rub shoulders with and mutually improve each other's games

Cons

• As company grows, it's having to shed some things that helped define it's "cool" culture, such as JAMF week. I suspect that new things will take their place, as the CEOs and other leaders seem to really care about keeping the culture alive, but these haven't been identified yet. • If you demand a lot of management structure to keep you on task, this isn't the place for you. Employees are expected to do their jobs without a lot of intervention and be self-starters.

Pros

This is a great company, it does have a very relaxed environment. There are a ton of fringe benefits and they are very accommodating to your needs personal and work. The upper management feel like they're your equivalent and not a superior. Working at JAMF I feel like a valued employee. They seen my strengths and worked with me to improve them. The pay is good, and benefits are amazing. If you're having a bad day, or frustrated getting up and going for a walk or playing a round of foosball is completely acceptable, so you can re-coop and put forth your best efforts. The community is amazing, and have a very strong following of passionate customers who love what they do.

Cons

Not a con, but definitely not a job for every one. You need to have a passion for technology, you need blind to your own limitations and continue to push yourself each day. You will become frustrated, and exhausted at time, but with the passion that you have for what you do, overcoming these difficulties are incredibly rewarding. Every day spent there makes me that much better than the previous day. Many occasions I have left the office mentally fatigued from the effort it took to power through it. The kool-aid can be a bit much as a new employee, you might not enjoy it right away but once you realize what it took to make it to where JAMF is at, you do appreciate it that much more.
