      Pros

      - Very flexible working hours - Strong sense of community at the individual contributor level (this is the reason I'm still here) - Lots of PTO

      Cons

      - Lack of interest in improving development infrastructure and tools for non web devs. - Executives are completely detached from the reality of people who make less money than them. No sense of how things like RTO policies affect people whose net worth isn't over a million dollars. - Half-baked mandates from on high that inevitably get exposed as half-baked and then delayed to address the glaring issues and then re-issue the mandate. - Constant rat race to push out the new shiny, leaving behind a wake of half-finished projects riddled with tech debt.

      Pros

      Great health benefits (for now), the low level management is fantastic, nice amenities at the offices, Great PTO, coworkers are very supportive and are trying to save the culture.

      Cons

      C level leadership are not leaders, All company changes are implemented poorly, Extremely poor communication for affected employees, Extremely difficult to expand your career many openings the hiring manager already picked their favorite before taking applications, raises for employees are insignificant.

      Add experience to your resume, great product

      I was forced out of my job like many others, and it was pretty inhumane ‘Game of a thrones’ style. If you are not apart of the club or more competent than others around you, watch out. This place is not run properly by upper management and has attributes of organizational failure, hence why it was sold to Vista.
