Payment is always punctual, the salaries are reasonable, possibility of working in different companies since they have lots of different clients

Cons

Bad quality uniform, don't really care to help you with problems such as bad relationship with co-workers, always saying you could be fired when you complain about something

Nope I really cannot think of any.

Cons

I maybe see my manager once a month when he brings supplies, that's if he comes when I'm working. Most times I don't have the right tools or enough of them to effectively do my job. No communication or feedback.
