Pros

The best advantage at Jani King is the flexible time. Followed by the training provide at the corporate office. The other key advantage is the interaction between you and your client

Cons

Not have full ownership of the accounts. Corporate office can remove an account if they want to do so. And usually the best new accounts go to the franchise tha have more years of experience and more employees.

The team with which I worked was really focused on making the company grow. The CEO is actually worried for his employees and the salaries are good in Mexico's market.

Cons

There are not many cons. Maybe the job can be a little routinary sometimes but the environment at the company is great.
