Pros

Amazing place to work. Although very busy, Jenavalve has a very supportive internal team who build each other up. Many team members have been progressed/promoted since they have started as the company has expanded and recognised individuals relative expertise.

Cons

Work place attire is quite strict and formal compared to other businesses especially considering its not a customer facing role.
