Pros

Great core group of dedicated and highly, HIGHLY under-appreciated developers that work tirelessly to accommodate the ever-changing whims of upper management.

Cons

Non-existent client management. No core product although the sales team sells it like it is. 0 process.

Pros

The people you work with are amazing people and will work hard to get done what is needed. Just a fabulous company. IT department is also the best ever!

Cons

Management has no Knowledge on how to properly manage a company. The VP is the single source of ALL things. If She is not available all things come to a halt. They are trying to grow from a small company to a large one and they have NO quality control and no grasp of a proper scheduled. The have been in "Transition" for 3 years now... :(

Knowledge shared among Developers Code Standards using latest technologies Birthday parties every month Offices have window views instead of your typical cubicles

Cons

Low Benefits Must be willing to work weekends No warnings to correct behavior Expectations not clearly defined, and reviews rarely given without request.
