      Employees are poorly paid and overworked

      Pros

      I can't think of any pros to list. I remember that working here was terrible.

      Cons

      It was frustrating to work here because of the overwhelming workload. We weren't even paid d huge amount but we were expected to meet the unrealistic expectations of the management, and they didn't even care to give us any support whatsoever.

      Poor compensation, high pressure and contemptuous upper management

      Pros

      Employees get no respect here. So, if you are looking for some respect, this might not be the right place for you.

      Cons

      The compensation was terrible, but it was not the worst thing. The most awful thing was that they expected unpaid overtime. Upper management also had a poor attitude. They yelled at employees, disrespected them, and humiliated them for no reason. A person with even a little self-respect would be wise to stay from Jesta.

      Colleagues were much more understanding than management.

      Cons

      The responsibilities were terribly overwhelming, then you have different managers and executives to answer to! My job here was insanely stressful and I'm not allowed to complain!! I was awfully miserable and exhausted!!
