Toxic culture, yelling and screaming!

Pros

The job paid the bills for a little while, but it took a lot more from me than I got back.

Cons

Unprofessional environment run by a family that treats their employees like servants and maids. Constant yelling, screaming, put-downs, disrespectful and condescending attitude towards lower-level employes.

Pros

- you can learn a lot - you can move up in the company - good place to start and grow general and deep knowledge - amazing coworker

Cons

- no perks compared to the market - salary is below market - maximum to 3 weeks vacation - no holiday break - no holiday or work event - not enough employees for the workload - Spy software that monitors everything on your work device - upper management is most of the time angry and make you feel bad

Pros

Location is the only upside.

Cons

Low salary. No benefits. Unrespectful upper management. They put random people on temp layoff or perm layoff (good ones who couldn't stand their nonsense) and cut the others salaries and then they continue hiring new people. No future, no new learning or development, no salary increase, no respect, and on top of all very bad culture of underestimating employees and not letting them talk.
