Pros

Good salaries. Some teams have better management and less pressure than others. There is high turn over, if you stay long enough you may progress into your desired position.

Cons

Company culture is awful. You will feel like you are in the 90s. Every minute of your time is tracked. No flex time. There is 0 transparency - all information will come from gossip. Sales team competes with COO while CEO has no power.

Downtown, near restaurants , near metro

Cons

The company is being ran by a president whos always busy however still a valid president.. directors who think they are presidents even though they are not and never will be . They think they whole world revolves around them and they never think they are wrong, cant admit fault . They claim they are happy with decisons made by you but in all honestly they just stab you in the back

My salary is decent for my level.

Cons

There's an insane level of micromanagement is Jesta, which makes it a horrible company to work for. Your experience here will surely be awful because the management will watch every single move you make. The managers here will want to know what you did every single minute of your shift, leaving you no room to breathe.
